Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 7–15 business days after payment is received.

  • Custom or pre-pay pieces may require additional processing time. You'll receive an estimated delivery date upon ordering.

Shipping

  • We offer standard and tracked shipping options. Shipping rates and delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

  • Orders are shipped via [Canada Post/USPS/FedEx/etc.] depending on your location.

  • We currently ship to Canada, the U.S., and select international countries. If your region isn’t available at checkout, please contact us.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the custom nature of our artwork, all sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

  • If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it with photos and your order number.

Custom Orders

  • Custom work requires pre-payment and may include a longer processing time.

  • We will contact you via email to finalize details before painting begins.

  • No changes can be made once the design process has started.

Payments

  • Your payment information is encrypted and protected.
