Order Processing
All orders are processed within 7–15 business days after payment is received.
Custom or pre-pay pieces may require additional processing time. You'll receive an estimated delivery date upon ordering.
Shipping
We offer standard and tracked shipping options. Shipping rates and delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

We currently ship to Canada, the U.S., and select international countries. If your region isn’t available at checkout, please contact us.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our artwork, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it with photos and your order number.
Custom Orders
Custom work requires pre-payment and may include a longer processing time.
We will contact you via email to finalize details before painting begins.
No changes can be made once the design process has started.
